A common thread running through and uniting the Yorkshire paedophile gangs, the Enfield child rapist, the Colin Batley cult and the Godson cult are their extraordinary capacity for denying wrongdoing in the face of overwhelming evidence.
Another thread is their exploitative behaviour toward the vulnerable and their sheer enjoyment of extremely deviant sexual cruelty……………..
A former pupil of the Surrey boarding school records that Clare Soden beat, whipped, bit and bullied the vulnerable girls and was oblivious to the suffering she caused!

We are still following-up leads, tracking associates and accomplices of the Godsons in France.
Godson, and his unbelieveably depraved wife, exercised absolute control over their cult in a quiet part of Wicklow. The format followed was abusing and exploiting helpless children as ‘sex toys’ on a commercial basis for a number of years. When it looked that they finally might be caught they took the hint from a “friendly” gard to run fast to France. Law enforcement agencies, local councillors, the Irish media were alerted within months of the Godsons setting up shop in Ireland………..and they took no action?
Our aims for 2013-14 tracking and investigating associates and accomplices of the Godson couple.
The Godson couple are now telling everyone that this WHISTLEBLOWER Blog is an “internet hate campaign” organised by a rival firm in fosse septique installation………………..

……………………….I have to admit that dirty woolen cap fits him to the “perv” descriptions from Ireland of a sick monster who tried to pull little girls into his van………………..
News from Russia giving a chilling insight into the mind-set of people like the cult leadership:
Victor Mokhov (born 22 June 1950 in Skopin, Ryazan Oblast) is a Russian criminal who in 2000 kidnapped 2 girls, 14 and 17 years old, and kept them in a basement for almost 4 years.
Mokhov lived in the Russian city of Skopin about 90 km from Ryazan. He was employed as a metalworker in the Skopin automobile assembly plant. He is described as having been a good worker, always ready to help. His foreman often held him up as an exemplary worker. Towards the end of the 1970s he was married, but divorced after only 3 months. At the time of the kidnapping he was living with his mother, and had no children.
At his house Mokhov built a garage with a bunker. The site ryazan.ru describes the structure thus:
The entrance to the bunker was carefully hidden from curious snoopers – it couldn’t be accessed through the garage door; you had to go around to the side and using a screwdriver pry back a metal sheet held down by magnets. Then at ground level there was a concrete landing with a hatch. A stairway down a narrow passage led to the next landing and a concrete wall with two side hatches. One of these, made of iron with a padlock and two latches, served as the entrance to the sex chamber.
Mokhov’s first known abduction occurred in December 1999, when a sixteen-year-old girl and her boyfriend visited him. He gave them alcohol, and then began to make advances towards the girl. She rejected his advances and left. He then followed her out into the street, hit her in the head, and dragged her back to his bunker. Over the course of 2 weeks he kept her in the bunker andraped her, until she managed to escape. However, she did not report the incident.
On September 30, 2000, fourteen-year-old schoolgirl Katya Mamontova and Lena Samokhina, a seventeen-year-old student at a Ryazan professional-technical institute, were returning from adisco in Ryazan. Mokhov offered to give them a ride. With him was his friend (and accomplice), 25-year-old Yelena Badukina, who introduced herself as “Lyosha.” (Badukina had short hair and looked somewhat like a man.) Offering them drinks, into which he had mixed a sedative, he brought them back to his place and, possibly with the help of Badukina, dragged one of them into the garage and the other one into the bunker. There he kept the girls for 44 months, raping them. When the girls were uncooperative, he would starve them, keep them in the dark, beat them with a rubber hose, or spray tear gas in the room.[1] When the girls would comply and have sex with him, he would treat them better. In particular, he bought them a television set, tape recorder, paints, and some books.
On November 6, 2001, and again on June 6, 2003, Lena gave birth. In both cases Katya had to deliver the babies. Viktor took the children (both male) away from Lena (the first 2 months after birth; the second 4 months after birth) and left them at the entrances of multi-story apartment buildings. Both children are now in an orphanage.
Beginning in 2003 Viktor started taking the girls out for walks, one at a time. Once he ordered Katya to help him seduce a female student, to whom he presented Katya as a relative. Katya was able to give the girl an audio-cassette tape, ostensibly as a gift, and ask her to give it to the police. Inside was a note reading “This person knows where we are.” The girl gave the note to the police, and the police after some time located the missing girls and arrested Mokhov. Later Badukina was also arrested.
The girls spent a total of 3 years and 8 months in captivity. At the time of their liberation, Lena was 8 months pregnant.
Mokhov was sentenced by the Skopin municipal court to 17 years imprisonment in a penal colony according to Sect. 2 Art. 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Kidnapping of two or more persons”) and Sect. 2 Art. 131 (“Rape of a minor”). His accomplice Yelena Badukina got 15 years. Mokhov appealed to the Ryazan regional court, but the regional court let the sentence stand without change.
The mother of the convict, 80-year-old Alisa Mokhova, denies that she knew anything about what happened. No charges have been filed against her.
2009: MOSCOW, April 3 (Reuters) – A Russian court sentenced a 41-year-old man to life in prison on Friday for murdering four girls and raping a fifth who was found chained to the wall of his cellar, state media reported. Former convict Ivan Panchenko was arrested last year in the town of Svetlograd in southwest Russia after police found a girl locked in his cellar and the body of second girl buried in his garden.
“She was chained to the wall of the cellar with a dog collar,” state investigator Andrei Ravayev said in comments broadcast on Channel One television.
The girl who was rescued told the police that both of them had been raped by Panchenko, Channel One said. The girls, whose families lived nearby, were aged 7 and 11 at the time, the report said, without saying which girl survived.
Panchenko later confessed to killing three other girls in the late 1990s, the report said.
State news agency RIA Novosti quoted investigators as saying Panchenko kept two of the girls, aged 15 and 16, in a dugout in a nearby forest.
On Friday, Panchenko was shown sitting in a green cage in the courtroom surrounded by six police officers as the judge announced his sentence.
He has already spent 20 years in prison on various charges, including theft, drug use and murder, Channel One reported.
Kidwelly sex cult victim breaks silence to tell of childhood horrors
by Robin Turner, Wales On Sunday
Mar 13 2011
A victim of twisted Colin Batley told Wales on Sunday of her anguish as the black magic sex cult leader forced her to put on a satanic symbol and raped her as a teenager.
The woman, who is now a mum in her thirties, spoke out after her 48-year-old tormentor was jailed for a minimum of 11 years at Swansea Crown Court and warned he may never see freedom.
She spoke on condition of anonymity and revealed the hell she suffered at the hands of a man who was convicted of 11 rapes and numerous child sex crimes over some 20 years living in the West Wales town of Kidwelly.
The jury was told about the cult’s fixation with the works of occult writer Aleister Crowley – and their obsession with wife swapping and sex with younger girls and boys.
The woman, who was one of the victims who gave evidence against Batley in court, said that he had everyone in the cult under his spell.
She said: “He (Colin) was the boss. He barked orders at everybody including me.
“People just did what they were told. He had Rottweilers that were scared of him but vicious to everyone else.
“At 15 I had to have sex with Colin. He said it was an initiation into the occult.
“He said he did not want to do it but it had to be done. He said if I did not follow orders I would be killed. People ‘higher up’ in the cult would do it, he said.”
Chief Inspector Richard Lewis of Dyfed-Powys Police statement to the press following the guilty verdicts against Colin Batley in the west Wales sex cult case…………………..
Ex-Tesco security guard Batley was the self-styled “lord” of the bizarre sect which operated for years in the quiet cul-de-sac of Clos Yr Onnen in Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire.
Members filled their Gwalia Housing Association homes with idolatry, held ceremonies in robes and hoods and forced a number of children and vulnerable adults into depraved sex acts.
The victim said she was massively relieved by the guilty verdict and hoped he would never enjoy freedom again.
“A hundred years would not be enough for Colin Batley,” she said.
“But at least now myself and the other victims can start to rebuild our lives outside of the shadow of that contemptible man.”
She also spoke of a ceremony she witnessed in Kidwelly involving an altar on which salted bread, oil and a goblet of wine was placed.
Cult members dressed in white robes held readings of occult texts and later sex took place between the members who disrobed, or in their words, “became sky clad”.
The woman, who gave evidence in court via a CCTV system so she did not have to face Batley, added she “did not hate Wales” despite what had happened.
She was originally from London but was brought to Wales by Batley where she was abused and “passed round” to other cult members who had sex with her.
She said: “He said the occult was strong in Wales.”
She said she did not know if there were many more victims of Batley who had not yet come forward, but urged them to speak out if they could.
“Whether there are any more victims in this case, I don’t know, but for the length of time that the abuse went on, it’s highly possible,” she said.
“I hope to encourage anybody who is a victim to come forward, not just in Colin’s case.
“If anybody is going through something similar, we hope they will have the courage to come forward and speak to the police.”
Her husband, who is helping her get over the trauma of her years of abuse said: “We hope to come back to Wales in better times.”
The shadowy cult built up by Batley came crashing down when three victims approached Dyfed-Powys Police with their complaints.
The judge, who presided over the sensational five-week case, commended all the witnesses for their bravery in speaking out.
After they spoke out, the depravity that had been happening behind closed doors at Clos yr Onnen for almost two decades was finally exposed.
Colin Batley was revealed as a monster who forced a number of women into prostitution and made them pay him 25% of their earnings.
He would read from Aleister Crowley’s works including The Book of the Law, Equinox of the Gods and The Book of Magick.
On Friday, Batley was given an indeterminate sentence on public protection grounds but will have to serve at least 11 years before he can apply for parole.
Even then he may “never be released” said Judge Thomas because he will have to prove he is no longer a risk to the public.
Judge Thomas said it was a “mystery” how jobless, scruffy Batley, who has several missing teeth, managed to control his women followers, who the judge termed “not unintelligent”.
The judge dismissed The Book of the Law as “a ludicrous document” but accepted that cult members were obsessed with it.
Marling even had an “altar” comprising of Egyptian cat goddess statues and a painting of the mask of Tutenkhamun.
Batley’s wife Elaine, 47, also had a tattoo of Tutankhamen’s face on her arm, a pentagram on her leg and an entire Egyptian script on her back.
According to one of the victims in the case, Batley’s wife was treated “like a slave” but the judge said she became a willing participant in her husband’s “wickedness”.
The jury heard how a young boy was tricked into having sex with her and she was jailed for eight years for indecency with children.
Batley’s long-term lover Jackie Marling, 42, as well as being “besotted” with him, was also obsessed with The Book of the Law, said Judge Thomas, who described her as his “second in command”.
She wept as she was sentenced to 12 years in jail for offences including aiding and abetting rape.
Tears also streamed down the face of bespectacled Shelly Millar, 35, who was said by the judge to have been behind “the prostitution” side of the operation.
Millar, who listed Batley on her mobile phone as “My Lord” was found guilty of indecency with children including a 12-year-old boy and was also described during the case as Colin Batley’s “sex slave”.
The court heard she earned £2,000 a month as a prostitute in Swansea and gave 25% of her earnings to Batley.
Judge Thomas told the defendants they were evil.
“When this case was opened to the jury you Colin Batley were described as evil,” he said.
“That in my view is an accurate statement of your character.
“You set yourself up as the ruler of a sick little kingdom surrounded by three women who danced as your willing attendants regarding you as their master.”

Slipping beneath the radar is an art for people like Chris and Clare Godson (Benevent l’Abbaye) who know just how to present themselves and not reveal the true nature of their cult.
Creuse News and The Bugle are just two of the English language periodicals that regularly give prominent place to Godson adverts with no idea of the “horror” below the surface of the Godson enterprises.
The Colin Batley trial in Swansea shows just how long people of the Godson type can keep going with their depraved lusts/beliefs. Some of their victims had to reach their twenties or early thirties before being able to come forward and denounce the cruel and sick ways of the cult. It takes great courage to reveal how easily one has been drawn into a cult and how easily one surrendered a hold on common sense and decency. Sick people like Chris and Clare Godson know this simple fact and use it to dupe more and more people. They turn vulnerable people into their puppets with an arsenal of mind control methods. And, if necessary they resort to violence and intimidation to keep their victims in order. They cynically take advantage of all who slip into their web. Money is fleeced from the elderly who find themselves drawn into excessive and unnecessary projects. The young are sucked in to do their depraved bidding. The Colin Batley case gives hope that some kind of halt can be brought to this pair!
Olivia Kelleher.
A correspondent has described our list of cult buildings in Benevent l’Abbaye as a serious under-estimate! He suggests that linked members to Chris and Clare Godson may have above 20 buildings and sites in the area.
He also describes cult members in Benevent l’Abbaye as having a creapy “vacant” look. Clare Godson just looks “very hard-faced and ruthless!”
At the moment it is quite hard for us to establish exactly the number of houses inhabited by the cult, but it is on a much bigger and more pernicious scale than the Kidwelly cult of Colin Batley (recently sentenced in Swansea Crown Court).
In fact, the Godson cult seems better organized and much more deft at concealing its “activities.”
Some quite incredible emails have just arrived today from a former cult member in the USA which include recordings of sessions involving the Godsons where some of the most extreme and way out views were aired!
Also photographs of the Godsons during their USA cult period.
These recordings and photographs certainly show the cult “denials” as total lies by the Godsons……………..they were in the thick of this evil organisation and willing to seed its depraved ways into the Irish set-up and now the French “B&B and pilgrim dormitory” period.
What cheeky liars these people are with their strenuous denials of involvement in this sickening paedophile cult.
Urgent Advice to visitors to Benevent l’Abbaye:
It is possible to time your pilgrimage and visit to Benevent l’Abbaye in order to avoid staying at the Godson dormitory/B&B/gites.
The Hotel du Cedre offers vastly superior facilities and is a much safer environment.
It is possible to use the bars and supermarkets in Benevent and still make it to the next staging post on the pilgrimage to Compostelle.
WE CAN ONLY WARN VISITORS TO AVOID ALL CONTACT WITH CLARE GODSON……….
As you can see, from the evidence and testimony contained in this Blog, Chris and Clare Godson pose a significant threat to any vulnerable person coming to La Creuse in Central France. They have created a massive raft of luring enterprises and advertise these in every English language periodical dealing with Central France. They have posted a huge set of advertisements on French interest websites. They have set their sights on pilgrims making their way through Benevent l’Abbaye on the way to Compostelle. Their cards are in every Immobillier and Cafe.
BE WARNED!
The French parliament adopted in 2000 Europe’s toughest anti-sect legislation yet, creating a controversial new crime of ”mental
manipulation” punishable by a maximum fine of £50,000 and five years imprisonment.
The move was applauded by Alain Vivien, head of a government committee that has identified 173 dangerous quasi-religious groups in France, but was denounced by both the Church of Scientology and the Unification Church as fascist, anti-democratic and in breach of basic human rights law.
French law, before 2000, was described as ”inadequate to deal with increasingly sophisticated and manipulative groups” by Catherine Picard, one of the MPs who proposed the bill, allows sect activities to be caught by prosecutions for traditional crimes such as incitement to murder, sexual assault, fraud and the abuse of a vulnerable individuals.
The new law allows judges to order the dissolution of any sect whose members are convicted of a criminal offence. It also bans sects from advertising, and prohibits them from opening missions or touting for new members near schools, hospitals or retirement homes.
But the law’s key weapon is the new crime of mental manipulation, defined as ”exercising, within a group whose activities are aimed at creating or exploiting psychological dependence, heavy and repeated pressure on a person, or using techniques likely to alter his judgment, so as to induce him to behave in a way prejudicial to his interests”.
Be aware that the cult “activities” of Chris and Clare Godson are strictly illegal in France and if you feel threatened by them report the matter to the authorities rapidly. There can be no doubt that Chris and Clare Godson fall into the category of abusive cult and that their vast internet advertising campaign breaks French legislation! Of course, they do not openly advertise their cult but advertise the enterprises that bring them into contact with people vulnerable to their “activities.” They cynically use “lead-in” advertising for language tuition, gites, b&b, fosse septiques, renovation and property management………………….

2004 : Massive Irish child porn ring smashed when police officers arrested a church official and siezed cache of indecent video tapes magazines and child pornography photos in a raid on senior members of a “Christian” group.
Members of the group have since dispersed themselves across Europe. The largest group has now settled in at least 16 houses in Benevent l’Abbaye. The proceeds from pornography/prostitution contributed to the purchase of land and houses.
I think we have lost count of the number of times Clare Godson has managed to duck investigations into her misfit cult. She managed a timely ESCAPE from Ireland just before the authorities became really interested in her nasty little “activities.”
The wall of secrecy surrounding the activities of Chris and Clare Godson is finally crumbling!
So many past victims are contacting us by email it is taking a substantial period to sift through all the information we are receiving at kelleher.newsdesk@hotmail.co.uk.
Because this BLOG is, again, assuming an enormous size there follows a digest of some of the most important comments about Chris and Clare Godson received:
Former cult members are usually blackmailed and or suffer vicious campaigns of retribution for leaving the cult. This type of vicious vendetta is very much the hallmark of Chris and Clare Godson. They suck in the lonely and vulnerable, they latch on to young families trying to start a new life in France. They are seasoned campaigners and merchants of misery with experience in USA, Thailand, Cambodia, Ireland, Hong Kong and Norway.
They are an ever present DANGER to people in the Limousin. Please contact our HOTLINE if you have any problems with Chris and Clare Godson. A telephone call about a gite or fosse septique can result in a terrible disaster for your family and finances. Kelleher Newsdesk is now contacted every day by people who fear the viciousness of Clare Godson.
You should NOTE that Chris and Clare Godson have rushed to create a “Christian” dormitory for Pilgrims in their Benevent l’Abbaye home. The sinister nature of this new “enterprise” should NOT be lost to readers of this IMPORTANT BLOG.
If you are approached by the Godsons please be aware of the potential threat to your well-being.
If you are a PELERIN/PILGRIM try to avoid staying with the Godsons in Benevent l’Abbaye, there are many other much safer places to stay in the vicinity.
Our reporter Freddie de Wit had the most terrible experience with the Godsons in August 2009.
He was harassed and pressurized by them and sensed the malevolent influence of Clare Godson.
If you are approached by Chris and Clare Godson please exercise every caution, and realise that they have sucked in people who prided themselves on their mental strength and ability to resist religious clap trap from manipulative people. Chris and Clare Godson are very accomplished, deceitful, people with a record of appalling abuse and fleecing the vulnerable of their funds.
I think the majority of our contributors were sickened to hear that Chris & Clare Godson have set up a so called “Pilgrim Dormitory” in Benevent l’Abbaye, France..
When one of our contributors (who understandably wishes to remain anonymous on this Blog) first encountered the Godsons in Ireland she states that initiallyeveryone was charmed by Mrs. Godson but then people noticed that Clare Godson spread a very malevolent influence and people in Wicklow started to fear her………………..
The Godsons exhibited extreme paranoia within their group of converts, and in the small Irish community they settled in, they spread mistrust!
They believe that they are in danger and that they are being closely monitored and heavily persecuted by governments or people outside the group, ultimately they fled to France in 2004.
People on “the outside” are demonized.”
We later discovered that they had taped foil, bubble wrap, and plastic to their windows to make long range microphones inactive and TV cameras fail to penetrate the windows.
Robert Cahill.
What is the French anti-cult law?
The law has two key aspects.
It adapts a pre-existing section of the French criminal code, Section 223-15, which was designed for *goods*, and extends it to “the fraudulent abuse of … a person in a state of psychological or physical subjection resulting from serious pressures exercised or repeated or from techniques likely to alter his judgment, leading … this person to an act or an abstention which are seriously harmful to him”.
In effect, it creates a new category of crime, referred in previous versions of this law as “mental manipulation”. The term itself has been removed, but the description amounts to the same thing.
The offence is punishable by a fine of up to $75,000 and five years imprisonment. Those found guilty of “brainwashing” also face a sort of civil death: they cannot exercise political, civil or family rights, work as professional or even sign checks for several years.
It allows courts to close down associations after one final decision against the group itself or its de facto leaders, finding them guilty of one among a number of criminal offences. The criminal offences include personal violence, illegal use of medicines or misleading publicity, but also relatively minor offences such as breach of privacy or using the likeness of a person without its consent. One final decision where a de facto leader of the group is declared guilty of one such offence is enough for the draconian remedy of banning the group.
Note that Section 223-15 which includes the disguised clause of “mental manipulation” above is among those Sections whose breach, when confirmed by a final decision against the group or its leaders, leads to the group’s ban.
When was the law passed?
The law approved by the French Assembly, the French Senate, and finally passed by the French House on May 30th, 2001.
Where can I find the original anti-cult law in English?
CESNUR has made a translation in English.
Anyone answering the Godson adverts is like someone invited into a snake-pit or given a free pass to a “test our quick sand” event.
The danger is obvious with a snake-pit but slightly less obvious when you realise that they originally blazoned their adverts with words like “Christian,” and “former missionaries.” I must admit that as soon as I hear “wholesome” I know something may well be wrong.
Just Google “Chris and Clare Godson” and an absolute pit of depravity is discovered!
Our WHISTLEBLOWER Blogs about Chris and Clare Godson have received 18,998 visits in the last month, an absolutely extraordinary record!
As the sun starts to catch the pretty buildings of Benevent l’Abbaye it is time to remind our readers that the UPDATED GUIDELINES for protecting yourself from Chris and Clare Godson this Spring 2013 are available on this WHISTLEBLOWER Blog!
These GUIDELINES are essential reading if you find yourself forced to come into contact with this evil couple! A number of tourist websites still hold adverts for the “Christian B&B” etc.
Benevent l’Abbaye is blighted by this abusive paedophile cult.

Daniel Bell, Mark Day and John Maddox had all denied the charges against them
2 November 2011 Last updated at 17:34
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-15538373
A woman who ran an international paedophile ring with her partner has been convicted, along with four men.
Melissa Noon, 30, and Robert Hathaway, 36, of Hampshire, set up a nudist forum website as cover for the “shocking” sex abuse of two children aged under 13.
Four other men linked to the abuse network were also found guilty of child sex offences at Portsmouth Crown Court.
Noon, Simon Hilton, Daniel Bell, Mark Day, and John Maddox had denied the offences. Hathaway admitted 26 charges.
Twister game
Police seized thousands of indecent images of children and videos of abuse.
The court heard how Noon and ringleader Hathaway, 36, both of of Tyseley Road, Portsmouth, used the internet to discuss the abuse of children with some of the other defendants and arranged to meet some of them to carry out further sexual assaults on their young victims.
The abuse included rape, attempted rape and the use of sex aids and police seized more than 20 of these from Noon and Hathaway, the jury heard.
The children were also made to engage in naked wrestling and play the game Twister in the nude.
Over a period of two years, the couple also used their nudist website to distribute indecent photos and videos of children.
Kerry Maylin, prosecuting, said the abuse had involved “like-minded people” around the world.
Hampshire police were tipped off by the authorities in Australia in December last year after police there uncovered a “mirror image” ring, in which a young child was also abused.
Child rapes admitted
Hathaway had been in contact with this ring and shared images with them. One of the charges faced by Noon was her encouraging the Australian child to engage in sexual activity.
Noon’s convictions included three charges of causing a child to engage in sexual activity, one of causing a child to watch a sexual act, two of sexual assault of a child, two of arranging a child sex offence, one of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and two of possessing indecent photographs of children.
Hilton, 29, of Wolsey Road, London, was convicted of one charge of arranging a child sex offence.
Day, 45, of Whitefriars Meadow, Sandwich, Kent, was found guilty of one charge of arranging a child sex offence.
Bell, 27, a serving soldier, of Emsworth, was found guilty of two charges of possessing indecent photos of children and one of attempting to distribute an indecent image of children. He was found not guilty of two charges of arranging a child sex offence.
Maddox, 46, of Ellis Avenue, Rainham, Essex, was convicted of a charge of causing a child to engage in sexual activity.
Released on bail
The trial heard that Hathaway had previously pleaded guilty to 26 offences, including the rape and sexual assault of two children under the age of 13 and possessing indecent images of children.
Another three men have also already pleaded guilty to their part in the paedophile ring.
Stephen Fraser, 41, of Hemingford Road, Cambridge, admitted 27 charges, including sexual assault of a child, causing a child to engage in sexual activity, engaging in sexual activity in front of a child, arranging a child sex offence and possessing indecent images of children.
Lee Parson, 38, of Arundel Street, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to arranging a child sex offence, possessing indecent photos of children and taking indecent photos of children.
Jonathan Garner-Harris, 37, a teacher, who lived at Marrick Priory, Marrick, North Yorkshire, was investigated by Durham police and admitted at Durham Crown Court 20 offences, including inciting a child sex offence and 17 counts relating to indecent photos of children.
The judge adjourned the case until 19 December for sentencing, with Bell, Maddox and Day likely to be sentenced separately on a date to be set in January.
He remanded Noon and Hilton in custody and released Bell, Maddox and Day on bail.
All defendants were ordered to sign the sex offenders register.
Thoughts:
There are only two basic outcomes of a criminal case, guility or not guilty. The judge or jury does not have the option of finding someone innocent. A person does not walk away from a court case having been found “innocent”. The presumption of innocence operates at the start and in the course of the trial. It basically means that it is up to the prosecution to prove its case. That means the onus is on the prosecution to come with evidence in support of the person’s guilt. If there is no evidence, or no compelling evidence, that doesn’t constitute a “legal loophole”, it means that there isn’t a convincing case against the person.
The difficulty of securing a conviction based only on the evidence of a child has long been recognised and there have been some reforms to overcome that difficulty while maintaining the presumption of innocence.
There follows an article of extraordinary clarity, and a telling relevance to the “activities” of Chris and Clare Godson:
|
The pilgrim walks steadily into Benevent l’Abbaye.
The search for a clean place to shelter for the night starts at the tourist office and unsuspecting staff point out a shabby looking house with dirty curtains and peeling paint……………………
ACCUEIL PELERIN is the sign by the front entrance and the pilgrim enters the very weird world of Chris and Clare Godson.
The pilgrim is unaware of the Godson history………………………………..
The Godsons have a history! A history of depravity, abuse and criminality that stretches from continent to continent. Young girls exploited and physically hurt, often torn from their bemused parents.
You only have to read the accounts of the Colin Batley case to see how the Godson cult “snaps” its fingers and young girls are drawn into prostituting themselves for the cult. The Kidwelly cult is a pretty amateur outfit when compared to the professionally evil ways of Chris and Clare Godson.
The “activities” of Chris and Clare Godson include: deception; false accounting; forgery; blackmail; extortion; prostitution; child rape; child molestation…….
Kelleher Newsdesk is working tirelessly to halt this cult. We are putting as many WARNINGS about Chris and Clare Godson on the internet as possible. This has predictably drawn every possible threat from the Godson pair! People of this type show no guilt/remorse and only cry when a Judge suggests a long and deserved sentence for their paedophile crimes.
If we save just a few people the job has been worthwhile!
Olivia Kelleher.
Cult leaders of the Godson type routinely push their victims into a state where they lose cognition and their ability to think rationally.
The victims of the Godson cult become less and less capable of taking any action to free themselves. Benevent l’Abbaye has become a virtual cult compound ruled by Chris and Clare Godson. They are secretive about their “activities” and in a very sly manner persuade the vulnerable to part with large sums of money! They use “entrapment” adverts and enterprises to draw-in gullible converts and families with young daughters.
They have wangled themselves into a position where they offer a “pilgrim dormitory” and capture vulnerable people on the road to Compostelle.
The Godsons, by design, have put themselves directly in the path of pilgrims and this allows them to have a particularly heinous form of complete control over those with mental illnesses who essentially become mental slaves……………..
In turn these people become robotic workers for the Godson enterprises! They become physical slaves to a “snap” of Clare Godson’s fingers.
People with mental illnesses that interfere with their ability to work for Chris and Clare Godson will not be taken in by the cult.
Chris and Clare Godson may be “bonkers” but they love money…….
We will do our best to advise and help victims of Chris and Clare Godson. We can offer advice and qualified contact agencies that will help to heal the terrible harm done by the criminality of the Godson cult.
We have had to edit out some of the harrowing and explicit testimony of abuse suffered by victims (mostly in Ireland) who have contacted us, and we have found it necessary to disguise identities as our correspondents are terrified of Chris and Clare Godson.
Olivia Kelleher.
The Godson Cult in action:
The Godson Cult has done everything in its power to silence these claims of abuse and dismiss them as baseless.
They deny the well-founded and sworn testimony of abuse that we have in our archives and supplied to us by traumatized victims of Chris and Clare Godson.
Despite all of the vast and varied claims against him from around the world, and spanning from the creepy to the criminal in the case of most allegations against him, Godson still seems untouchable!
Even a strong admirer/devotee of Godson basically admits he’s a perv!
Let’s face it: no one likes Clare……….
Kelleher Newdesk takes a position on the future management of Chris and Clare Godson:
It is Kelleher newsdesks’ position that all child sex offenders should be sentenced indefinitely with a minimum custodial period set by a specialist judiciary, followed by a mandatory conditional release
period and on-going monitoring and treatment.
This treatment needs to include individually-tailored case management and risk assessment utilising a battery of reliable tools.
Offenders of the Godson type should only be considered for release on the completion of their term of detention, and/or when they have demonstrated to the satisfaction of a specialist “risk management board” that they have successfully completed rehabilitation and their risk of harm to the community is negligible. Obviously, work that directly puts them into contact with vulnerable members of the public like the presently operated B&B, gites or so-called “pilgrim dormitory” should be forbidden by the Court/Tribunal in the appropriate jurisdiction.
“People of this type show no guilt/remorse and only cry when a Judge suggests a long and deserved sentence for their paedophile crimes.”
Some of the harrowing accounts of abuse in the Godson Cult have been edited or disguised to protect the victims and their confidentiality. This editing has been necessary because the victims have been subjected to intolerable harassment and vindictiveness by Chris and Clare Godson. This harassment has included: hoax phone calls; threats to employment; threats to the children of victims; threats to relatives/parents of victims of Chris and Clare Godson.
KelleherNewsdesk is proud to present this Blog as a warning about the “activities” of Chris and Clare Godson and the threat they pose to the vulnerable.

The suitability of a treatment programme for Clare Godson:
New unit to treat female paedophiles
By Ian Burrell and Lynne Wallis
Monday, 22 February 1999
THE PRISON Service is to open its first treatment programme for female paedophiles following research which shows an increase in the number of women abusing children. The problem was highlighted by a study of 836 victims of female sexual abusers, which showed that in more than 70 per cent of cases the women acted alone.
Previously it had been thought almost all women involved in child sex abuse were acting under the influence of a male partner. A Home Office spokeswoman said: “This rise is partly due to the changing climate and more children feeling able to come forward about these sorts of crimes.”
There are 20 women in prison for the sexual abuse of children. Figures show 38 women were prosecuted for such offences in 1996, although it is believed many cases are dropped because of a widespread reluctance to accept that such crimes occur.
In July an English teacher, Lucy Hayward, 30, was jailed for two years after having sex with a 15-year-old boy she had invited to her house and “plied with drugs”.
Tina Purser, a nurse, was given two years’ probation in 1996 after admitting she had sex with a boy of 12 when she was 26. Purser, who plied him with sweets and money, pursued the affair for two years. The family of the boy claimed he had been “raped of his innocence”. But most cases of female sex abuse never come to court.
Michelle Elliott, of the charity Kidscape, which did the research, said many attackers were mothers, step-mothers and grandmothers. “Because of this the victims are some of the most damaged people that I have ever seen. They experience lifelong difficulties with relationships.” It was almost unheard of for children to be snatched off the street by a female abuser and most stranger attacks were usually by baby-sitters or teachers. “These cases are often wrongfully described as `seduction’ when the children concerned may be only 12 or 13.”
The Prison Service project will be based at Styal women’s prison in Cheshire and is being prepared by specialists including Jackie Saradyn, a consultant forensic clinical psychologist at Highroyds Psychiatric Hospital, Chester.
She said: “The Prison Service has a core programme for males, but nothing for females – the main difference between the two is that women usually don’t go through the court system, because they are rarely prosecuted.”
Linda Jones, head of the Prison Service’s Women’s Policy Group, said: “Clearly, the problem of women abusing children is nowhere near as serious as male abuse but if it isn’t addressed then it could be a risk to children.
“We are recognising the problem and this is all part of a new drive to develop more rehabilitative regimes generally.”
It is anticipated that the project will be run on similar lines to the sex offender treatment programme operating in 25 male prisons around the country and using “cognitive-behavioural” treatments to get paedophiles to accept what they have done and challenge their thinking.
Sheila Brubaston, of Styal’s probation department, said: “The programme will enable women firstly to accept that they have sexually abused a child, look at the triggers for their behaviour, and help develop empathy with the victim. Basically, it’s about child protection but it’s also looking at the woman as a victim herself.”
About 70 per cent of male sex offenders were abused as children, research has shown, although the majority of those abused do not go on to abuse children themselves.
Four different studies have placed the proportion of female paedophiles who were abused at between 50 and 100 per cent.
The architects of Styal’s new programme are hopeful that female offenders will be more open and responsive to therapy than men.
Ms Saradyn said: “Women have a sort of double guilt, because they have not only abused a child but have also breached the sense of how society sees women, which will hopefully enable them to take responsibility for their behaviour earlier.”
Treatment essential for the Godson couple after detention;
“Paedophiles have a mindset different from other people’s, most of them think that what they are doing is quite normal and they reoffend at every given opportunity.”
This comment about Chris and Clare Godson dramatically illustrates the the issues raised by our on-going investigation………it also shows how important it is for us to WARN visitors to Benevent l’Abbaye and young families in La Creuse. Despite our vigilence pilgrims stiil innocently wander into the Godson B&B……….although admittedly the Godsons are muting their activities as a response to the growing media scrutiny.
One of the main problems we face at the moment is that Benevent l’Abbaye has become a “cult compound” since the arrival of Chris and Clare Godson in 2004. They added a further 10 properties to their portfolio and these serve to accommodate recruits/converts/slave labour/pilgrims. Informants now suggest that the portfolio contains 20+ properties.
Cult members are easily identified in Benevent l’Abbaye, they are mostly English and have permanently vacant expressions and cannot look you in the eye! They seem to cringe and look creepy!!!!!
Senior cult members are very much a closed community and like Chris and Clare Godson themselves deeply paranoid.
A survivor says: thank you so much for your Blog (lacreusehostsevilcult.wordpress.com). It gives me not only hope, but maybe some strength too. I am very saddened about the threats you have received from Chris and Clare Godson. I wish you the courage to go on exposing these people for what they really are!
A. (Wicklow) Ireland.
NB. The properties purchased by the Godsons in Benevent l’Abbaye contain deep dungeonlike cellars/caves. At Kelleher Newsdesk we worry about the implications of these dungeons given the previous history of Chris and Clare Godson. They have a obsession with masses and orgies combined very like the Kidwelly cult of Colin Batley. Previous victims speak of terrible abuse in theatrical masses conducted in cellars.
We fear for the well-being of anyone falling into their web.
We will shortly be re-publishing updated self-protection guidelines for people finding themselves the subject of attention by Chris and Clare Godson.

We think it quite unbelieveable that a plumber and a B&B enterprise require such a huge internet presence.
Protecting the public from this greedy, rapacious, pair of charlatans is of the utmost importance. The public need to be warned about Chris and Clare Godson!
NB. Many of the children/victims when, when talking about their time in the Godson Cult, show every sign of having experienced severe abuse. The victims involved in giving evidence/sworn testimony were said to have suffered behavioural problems, including nightmares, fear of the dark, tantrums, bedwetting, separation anxiety, fear of men, sexual disorders and toileting problems. For a year and a half, after breaking contact with the Godson Cult, a teenage girl was terrified of going to the toilet.

A few years ago, it would have been unimaginable to publish a serious investigative article on childhood sexual abuse by female perpetrators.
Many people still find it very distasteful to discover that a woman was, and remains, the prime mover in the abuse of children on an almost industrial scale, and that this shameful activity took place under the umbrella of evangelical “born again” Christianity.
We at Kelleher Newsdesk much prefer to refer to this so called “prayer group” as a pseudo-Christian cult, that just might as easily be described as a satanic based paedophile ring. That is why we continue to update this WHISTLEBLOWER Blog in order that the revenue stream of this predatory cult is limited!
The correspondents of Kelleher Newsdesk (KNmedia) have interviewed women who were victims of sexual abuse by their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and female cousins and carers. We have sifted through stomach churning sworn statements from victims of this cult which alert us to the appalling danger still posed by the leadership now comfortably settled in Central France.
Certainly we at Kelleher Newsdesk have learnt from emerging research that sexual abuse by women may well not be as infrequent as we have previously understood. We originally thought that the sordid depravity of this cult was unique!
While indeed the majority of sexual abuse is perpetrated by male offenders, our responsibility to child victims and adult survivors of female offenders means that we must continue to make the protection of the public from this cult our paramount concern.
Paul Kelleher believes, as I do, that an exploration of sexual abuse by women provides an opportunity to enhance our comprehension of sexual abuse and gives us the means to protect visitors to Benevent l’Abbaye from falling into the dreadful trap that is the Godson Cult.
Our investigation and its insights will ensure appropriate help for adult survivors, mostly in the USA and Ireland, and the children still endangered by the Godson Cult.
Sadly, there are still both children and adults who are disbelieved when they first disclose sexual abuse by a woman. The cult leadership relies on this disbelief! In fact, we received, a while ago, a sneering email from Clare Godson where she confidently stated that no one will believe our WHISTLEBLOWER Blog.

Kelleher Newsdesk expands the investigation into abuse by this cult.
Although the case below is unrelated to the Godsons it highlights the suspicious blunders made by the police in these investigations. We continue to worry that the Godsons have obtained, with funds derived from cult “activities,” over 20+ properties in Benevent l’Abbaye. These properties have large stone, vaulted, dungeonlike cellars.
Victims in Ireland testify to the fact that they were sexually tortured in dark cellars to the mumbling of “nonsense” incantations by the leadership!

A group of paedophiles including a soldier, a scout leader and a sheep farmer have been jailed for a combined minimum total of 35 years.
Reading crown court heard that the group raped children as young as eight and met up for abuse and bestiality parties at a secluded farm before police were alerted to their activities.
Farmer Nicholas Cordery, who owned the farm where the parties took place, was jailed for 11 years. Similar sentences were handed out to scoutmaster Peter Malpas and IT trainer Anthony Flack, whose arrest played a key role in busting the ring.
Fellow gang member Simon Davies, a serving soldier who boasted about being bisexual and craving sex with dogs, will be sentenced in October, after admitting to 22 counts of child rape.
The court heard that the gang groomed victims and filmed sexual assaults on them. On one occasion, 63-year-old Cordery tipped off Davies about a girl he had groomed, before Davies, 37, raped the child and sent his friend a video of the attack. He then took her to a gathering at Cordery’s farm in Wiltshire.
Davies also arranged for 45-year-old Malpas, who is HIV-positive and has regularly used gay chatrooms, to sexually assault a girl in the back seat of his car.
Hotel capture
The police made a breakthrough in their investigations after undercover officers posed as children online and lured Flack to a hotel, where he was arrested.
The 54-year-old was in possession of condoms, lubricant and a camera when he was met by undercover police at the hotel.
Police interrogation led to Davies and Cordery, whose farmhouse was found to contain sex toys, pornography, an old teddy bear and a pair of Hello Kitty knickers.
Police also found a computer disc at Cordery’s home, containing 1,700 indecent images of children.
Sentencing, Judge Stephen John said: “Two central figures were at the heart of the enterprise.
“The first was Simon Davies, who is to be sentenced at a later date, who repeatedly raped a nine-year-old girl, distributed images of his rape and offered her for further rape directly through Cordery, including to Flack and Malpas.
“The second was Cordery, living in a secluded farm and providing facilities there for sexual activity involving offences with animals and children.”
The judge also said that, given the age of the victims at the time of the attacks, “the physicial and, particularly, psycholological attacks are difficult to imagine”.
All three sentences are open-ended, and the three men will only be returned to society if they are deemed to pose no further threat to children.
4:42pm Friday 22nd February 2013 in Chippenham
A Chippenham man and two other people have been jailed for being members of a paedophile ring that used a remote farm to abuse victims.
Simon Christopher Collins, 58, of Chippenham, was jailed at Reading Crown Court today for seven-and-a-half years yesterday for arranging the commission of a child sex offence, aiding or abetting a woman to allow bestiality, making indecent images and possessing extreme pornography.
John Connolly, 42, was given 20 years for raping a child under 13 and the possession and distribution of indecent images of children and Joanne Gale, 36, received 14 years for aiding and abetting child rape and the same indecent images offences. Both are from Warrington in Cheshire.
They are the latest three members of the paedophile ring to receive prison sentences after a Scotland Yard investigation.
Four men have already been jailed indefinitely for public protection – Simon Wyn-Davies, from Windsor in Berkshire; retired farmer Nicholas Cordery from Wiltshire; charity worker Peter Malpas, from Moulton, Northamptonshire; and IT trainer Anthony Flack from Bristol.
Cordery owned the farm where some of the gang’s sex abuse was carried out.
Detective Chief Inspector Noel McHugh said: “This has been a very complex investigation, covering several police force areas. Today’s convictions demonstrate the commitment of the Met’s paedophile unit to use all audacious and lawful tactics to capture the most dangerous sex offenders and protect the most vulnerable.
“These people were members of a paedophile ring. I believe that they have committed other offences. Anyone who believes they have been a victim is urged to contact police.”

A farmouse near Crudwell was at the centre of paedophile ring where animals and girls as young as eight were abused, a court has been told today.
The isolated building at Murcott owned by Nicholas Cordery was used as a base where group members would indulge in group sex, bestiality and child abuse.
Among those alleged to be involved were a Household Cavalry soldier and his wife, a woman childminder, businessmen and a railway consultant.
Reading Crown Court heard police found drawers filled with sex toys, pornography, a battered teddy bear and a pair of child’s pants left next to a butter dish.
Cordery, 62, along with soldier Simon Davies, was at the centre of a huge police investigation.
Both men, along with two others, Peter Malpas and Anthony Flack, admitted a string of sex charges when they appeared in the dock.
Davies’ teaching assistant wife, Fiona Parsons-Davies, 44, also admitted a charge relating to child cruelty.
Childminder Joanna Gale and rail industry consultant John Connolly were alleged to have been part of the gang, who met on the internet. They denied all the charges against them.
The jury was told Gale and Connolly conspired to rape a girl under 13 years.
Gale also faced two counts of sexual activity with the girl as well as helping Connolly to facilitate the rape and sexual assault the child.
They were also accused of possessing thousands of abusive images of children and sending some of them to other members of the ring.
Christopher Donnellan QC, prosecuting, said the paedophile ring was infiltrated by undercover police who intercepted the messages sent by gang members.
He told the jury that the central figures in the case had been Cordery and Davies, of Windsor, Berks.
The court heard how Davies, 37, himself a father, had groomed and raped a schoolgirl and had taken the youngster to Cordery’s farm where she was abused.
The Lance Corporal Davies had boasted online of how he had sex with the child and filmed their encounter, which he sent on to Cordery, who later forwarded the footage to others, including Gale and Connolly.
Cordery in return had sent Davies a picture of a bestiality act.
The court heard Cordery had also been communicating with Gale and Connolly about them going to the farm for a “party” with a pre-teen girl, after they had shared naked photographs of her.
They had also sent Cordery pictures of themselves, with married Connolly, aged 41, posing next to a motorcycle and Gale, 35, standing provocatively in a bustier, denim skirt and stockings.
Gale and Connolly left their homes in Warrington, Cheshire, to drive to Wiltshire in February 2011 but turned around when other participants pulled out.
“They stopped when they realised it wasn’t going to be the party they expected and they turned around and went back,” said Mr Donnellan.
Undercover police officers were led to Davies following the arrest of Anthony Flack, 53, who was caught in a sting operation.
When Cordery was arrested RSPCA officers seized his seven dogs – many of which had been the subject of abuse.
Gale and Connolly were traced through computer records.
When police examined Connolly’s computer they found 32,000 indecent images and 18 movies, some at level five – the most severe category.
They also found video on his phone of a man, believed to be Connolly, walking into a room where a little girl was dressed in a short tartan skirt.
In the child’s police interview she said she had been wearing a short skirt of a similar description when Connolly had sex with her. Forensic tests later revealed traces of Connolly’s semen on it.
“She told John Connolly she was scared and he told her not to be,” Mr Donnellan said.
“He said he would be scared in this situation but made a joke of it. He said he would get into lots of trouble and he did not want his children’s lives to be ruined.”
In interview Gale claimed to have no knowledge of emails sent between her and Connolly, using a shared email address, and Cordery.
She also denied abusing a child, or facilitating Connolly’s abuse, and said she had never had any paedophile-related contact with anyone.
Connolly told police he had stopped contact with Cordery when their exchanges became too “dark.”
He claimed the images found and sent from his computer were the result of a virus, gave police a statement denying the sex assault and rape accusations and answered questions with “no comment.”

A country farmhouse near Malmesbury, which hosted depraved sex parties involving children and animals, was at the heart of a vile paedophile ring, a court heard on Thursday.
The isolated building in Murcott, near Malmesbury, was used as a base where members of the child sex ring would indulge in group sex, bestiality and the abuse of girls as young as eight.
Among those involved were a Household Cavalry soldier and his wife, a woman childminder, businessmen and a railway consultant.
When police searched the squalid wooden chalet they found drawers filled with sex toys and paraphenalia, pornography and a battered-looking teddy bear.
The bungalow belonged to retired sheep farmer Nicholas Cordery, aged 62, who along with soldier Simon Davies, was at the centre of a huge police investigation into paedophilia and child pornography, it was alleged.
Both men, along with two others, Peter Malpas and Anthony Flack, admitted a string of sex charges when they appeared in the dock at Reading Crown Court.
Davies’ teaching assistant wife, 44-year-old Fiona Parsons-Davies, also admitted a charge relating to child cruelty.
Childminder Joanna Gale and rail industry consultant John Connolly were alleged to have been part of the gang, who met on the internet to discuss their sick fantasies and describe how they had acted them out.
On Thursday a jury was told that the duo conspired to rape a girl, aged under 13 years.
Gale has also been charged with two counts of sexual activity with the girl as well as helping Connolly to facilitate the rape and sexual assault the child.
They were also accused of possessing thousands of vile pornographic images of children, and sending some of them to other members of the ring.
Gale and Connolly both deny all of the charges and their trial started on Thursday.
“This case is about the sexual abuse of children by a number of people who met on the internet,” said Chrisptopher Donnellan QC, prosecuting.
“They also arranged to meet up in person – that was done in order to take part in various acts of rape and other sexual offences.”
Mr Donnellan said that the paedophile ring was infiltrated by undercover police who were able to intercept the messages sent by gang members.
He told the jury that the “central figures” in the case had been Davies – a soldier living in Windsor, Berkshire, and Cordery who owned the farm The court heard how 37-year-old Davies, himself a father, had groomed and raped a schoolgirl and had taken the youngster to Cordery’s farm where she was abused.
Household Cavalry Lance Corporal Davies had boasted online of how he had sex with the child and filmed their encounter, which he sent on to Cordery – who later forwarded the footage to other contacts, including Gale and Connolly, it was alleged.
Cordery in return had sent Davies a picture of a bestiality act – to which the squaddie replied “Thanks for the pic – I’m totally unshockable, bi and love taboo sex.”

A CHILDMINDER and her partner who were part of a nationwide child sex ring with interests in bestiality were today jailed for a total of 34 years.
Joanne Gale, from Appleton, and 42-year-old John Connolly, from Thelwall, sexually abused a 12-year-old girl over a six month period.
Gale, aged 36 years, sexually assaulted the schoolgirl.
She also aided and abetted the rape of a schoolgirl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, whichwas carried out by rail industry consultant Connolly.
At Reading Crown Court today prosecutor Christopher Donnellan QC said the pair were in email contact with a retired sheep farmer Nicholas Cordery, who ran sex parties with animals at an isolated countryside farmhouse, near Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
They travelled to the farm, and were within several miles of it, when a sick party was called off, the court was told.
They also swapped indecent images of children with Cordery, who in turn sent vile pictures back.
Connolly was convicted on two on counts of raping a child, three sexual assaults of a girl under 13 years, two sexual assaults by penetration, as well as conspiracy to distribute indecent images of children, and four counts of possessing indecent images of children.
The offences took place between May and November 2011.
Gale was convicted of two counts of sexual activity with a child, two counts of aiding and abetting the child’s rape and two of aiding and abetting the assault by penetration of a child.
She was also convicted of conspiracy to distribute indecent images of children and possession of indecent images of children.
These were unanimous guilty verdicts by a jury after a re-trial in December, last year. It followed the first trial during last summer, which saw the jury discharged.
Barry Kogan, defending Connolly, said: “He is a man of previous good character. There is no suggestion he has ever made inappropriate advances towards children in the past.”
Siobhan Molloy, defending Gale, said: “She has always denied the sexual offences and doesn’t acknowledge the charges.”
Addressing Connolly, Judge Stephen John said: “I am satisfied that you are a devious, manipulative and determined man.
“Whenever it suited you, you chose to blame your co-defendant.
“You show not a shred on remorse and paint yourself as being the victim of a miscarriage of justice.
“Nothing could be further from the truth. Like many paedophiles, you are quite unprepared to confront your offending.” (This sounds a rather similar to the cult leadership and the subject of this WHISTLEBLOWER Blog).
Connolly was jailed for 20 years. He will serve at least two thirds before he will be considered for parole. He will then be released on an extended licence for six years.
Addressing Gale, Judge John said: “You are assessed as equally culpable with Connolly for becoming involved in extreme and deviant sexual behaviour, including children and animals.
“Given the nature of your involvement with others who sought to groom and abuse children and and your interest in accessing groups with an interest in bestiality, there is an increased risk that you will seek the opportunity to engage with such people in the future.
“You, like Connolly, pose a significant risk of serious harm to members of the public, specifically of sexual, emotional and psychological harm to children across the age spectrum.”
Gale was handed a 14-year prison term. She will serve at least two thirds before being considered for release. She will then be released on extended licence for four years.
Gale and Connolly were arrested as part of a wider investigation into a paedophile ring by officers from the Metropolitan Police Service Paedophile Unit.
Others from the child sex ring have already been jailed for their part in carrying out crimes against children.
The ring-leader of the sick enterprise was Queen’s guard Simon Wyn-Davies, aged 37 years, of Berkshire admitted 22 sexual offences, including rape of a child under 13, conspiracy to rape and distributing indecent images of children.
He blamed his offending on post-traumatic stress syndrome following tours of duty in the war-torn country of Afghanistan.
Wyn-Davies was sentenced to a minimum of 11 years behind bars before he can be considered for parole – a hearing at Reading Crown Court was told last October.
Davies’ teaching assistant wife, Fiona Parsons-Davies, aged 45 years, from Windsor, admitted cruelty by not reporting it – and was jailed for three years.
Others in the paedophile ring were sentenced at the same court last September.
Farmer Cordery, aged 63 years, from Wiltshire, admitted two counts of conspiracy to rape a child under 13, and possession and distribution of indecent images.
He was jailed for 11 years in an indeterminate sentence for the protection of the public. He will serve a minimum of five-and-a-half years before he will be considered for release by a parole board.
Bank manager Anthony Flack, aged 54 years, from Bristol, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to rape a child under 13.
He was jailed for 10 years in an indeterminate sentence for the protection of the public. He will serve at least five years.
HIV sufferer and former Scout leader Peter Malpas, aged 47 years, from Northampton, admitted sexually assaulting a child aged under 13 and possession and distribution of indecent images of children.
He was jailed for a total of 11-and-half-years for the protection of the public. He will serve at least five years and nine months.
Speaking after the case toda, Detective Chief Inspector Noel McHugh, of the Metropolitan Police’s Paedophile Unit, said: “This has been a very complex investigation, covering several police force areas.
“I would like to pay tribute not only to the Paedophile Unit, but to all those partner agencies that supported this case: health, social care and education authorities; other police forces; Crown Prosecution Service; and most importantly our amazing survivors, the victims.
“Everyone involved has secured compelling evidence against these highly manipulative and dangerous individuals.
“All I ask is that victims do not sit in silence; please have the confidence to disclose.”

It is among the most grim tasks that police officers may face: to plunge into a sewer of internet depravity to bring to justice child sex criminals lurking in the dark corners on the web.
That was precisely what Scotland Yard’s investigators at the Paedophile Unit did in their fight against a Wiltshire sex ring that led to the convictions of four men accused of child rape and other sexual offences.
Operation Rockferry was the name given to the hours police spent trawling for leads through images of men sexually abusing children and animals.
Their work resulted in the nailing of a paedophile network which included a charity worker, a soldier, a farmer and an IT trainer.
It also resulted in some of the most shocking tesitmony heard in English courts.
Working inside the Paedophile Unit takes its toll on officers. That is because the nature of the work is far removed from chasing down bank robbers.
Retired farmer Nicholas Cordery, IT trainer Anthony Flack and charity worker Peter Malpas were locked up indefinitely after being found guilty at Reading crown court for a raft of child sex offences. In total, they must serve a minimum of 35 years.
A soldier, Lance Corporal Simon Davies, will be sentenced in October for raping a nine-year-old girl 22 times.
So how was this quartet brought to justice?
As part of a permanent trawl to uncover paedophile activity, officers with Operation Rockferry searched out the places where potential sex offenders meet on websites and in chat rooms to swap pictures and notes.
When the meeting place of the Wiltshire ring was uncovered, officers could have struck at once by shutting down the lines of communication between members.
Instead, they set about building a picture of a web of relationships and links to the outside world, which led ultimately to a secluded farmhouse in Wiltshire.
It was inside its anonymous-looking walls that children and animals were sexually abused by the suspects with events captured on film and disseminated.
The next step for police was to make contact. One detective took on a false identity online and struck up an online conversation with Anthony Flack who called himself “WoofWoof” online.
As they built up an online relationship, Flack eventually disclosed that he had previously raped a child who was under 13.
He also revealed the existence of paedophile parties which a man called Nick hosted.
Still clueless that officers at Scotland Yard were recording his every word, Flack arranged to meet for sex with a man and his daughter in August 2011.
The snare worked.
When Flack turned up at the hotel with condoms, lubricant and a camera, he found police waiting for him.
They seized Flack’s personal computer and found a hoard of incriminating content including paedophile images and video, along with emails and content relating to soldier Simon Davis.
He was arrested four days later and further investigations of communications between Flack and Davies identified a third man, Nicholas Cordery, who was then covertly targeted by another detective from the unit.
For nearly eight weeks officers lured Cordery by using a fictional 10-year-old girl as bait.
Eventually, Cordery boasted of “connections” who could set up discreet meetings with children.
Soon enough, the retired farmer offered his premises as a place for the fictional child to be abused. He also offered to introduce the police to other paedophiles – and named one of them as Davis, the soldier.
Then the trap was sprung. Police swooped on Cordrey.
By trawling through pages of emails and other communications, police traced a path to Peter Malpas.
“I am evil. I can’t believe what I have done. I have ruined that poor girl’s life and I have ruined my family’s lives,” Malpas was said to have told police when he was arrested.
The four were found guilty at Reading crown court. Cordery, Malpas and Flack are behind bars until they are deemed not to pose a threat to children and former Lance Corporal Davis awaits sentence on 22 charges of rape.
DCI Noel McHugh hailed officers for their arduous work in smashing the paedophile sex ring.
“This has been an exceptionally challenging and complex investigation that has covered several police force areas,” he said.
“I would like to pay tribute not only to the Paedophile Unit, but to all those partner agencies that supported this case: health, social care and education authorities, other police forces, Crown Prosecution Services, and most importantly our amazing survivors [the victims].
“Everyone involved has secured compelling evidence against these highly manipulative and dangerous individuals.”

Kelleher Newsdesk.
What the Godsons had not counted on was the endurance of victims and their hunger for justice………….
Year after year we have all campaigned for a terrible wrong to be recognised!
From the depraved Godson couple all we have received are insults, indifference, stone-walling, lies, denials, threats and not a shred of remorse.
Historical child abuse accusations are very difficult to prove, there is rarely any physical evidence and a case is often one person’s word against another, and presumed innocence will more often than not result in a perpetrator not being prosecuted.
Email from a victim: ”that it has taken this long to get closer to justice is absolutely outrageous in a modern society.”
The cover up by the authorities: who have allowed the Godsons to continuously flit from one jurisdiction to another is almost at an end!
Strength and determination on the part of victims, survivors, families drawn into this cult, and Kelleher Newsdesk is starting to show results………………………………
The victims: are writing to all the Prefectures in France expressing dismay about this cult and its “activities.” In addition, the victims are contacting suppliers and manufacturers of septo-diffusers etc.
Our WHISTLEBLOWER Blogs have topped the magic 19,211 visits today! Yes, 19,211 people know about you Mrs.Godson and know about your sordid meat-rack and shameful abuse!
This is The Sun story which was written in conjunction with Exaro News.
THE shocking scale of the threat posed by paedophile gangs is revealed today — with at least THIRTY major police investigations under way.
Massive resources are being ploughed into operations targeting child sex gangs who use alcohol, drugs, cash or celebrity status to groom victims.
It comes after a rise in the number of reported cases following the Jimmy Savile scandal and the Rochdale paedo ring — which has so far seen ten men jailed.
Hundreds of officers are working on operations around the country.
In the past, units tackling sex abuse have been the Cinderellas of policing, with a comparative shortage of resources. But their manpower is now on a similar level to murder probes.
This Summer (2012) we at Kelleher Newsdesk have worked very hard!
Our email kelleher.newsdesk@hotmail.co.uk will be constantly monitored and replies sent out rapidly.
Email received today and edited to protect the author’s identity: “the Godson work team seems to be a bunch of stunted lowlife characters, mostly on the run from UK coppers, paid only peanuts and kept on a lead………………………….with the threat of being given up to LEA. The slave labour gites are packed out with thugs on Benefit.”
Another email received on 12/02/2013:
“……….he is in my house now! What do I do? A friend just arrived and told me about this Blog………………………………………………………….”
Chris Godson:
“This sly grin comes over his face when meeting clients……………………….”
“This guy oozes sleaze.”
We have been made aware that visitors to Benevent l’Abbaye have often been approached by Clare Godson on the streets of this little town and pressured into staying at one of their “Christian” gites or the B&B.
This totally unscrupulous woman used opportunities like the local bars (where she had the nerve to waitress) to bully people into staying with them! Pilgrims were routinely targetted and told that there was nowhere to stay other than one of the Godson gites.
The Godson woman also shamelessly hyped up their “Christian” background and “missionary” status………………
Local businesses were blackmailed into displaying Godson adverts and cards.
Several people who encountered Clare Godson speak of their certainty that she is deeply disturbed and one correspondent has supplied us with very revealing candid video clips of the B&B and Clare Godson herself.
Entrapment advert for Godson B&B:
New email today 08/10/2012:
“I am the Hon. Secretary of an Association based in the ……………………….
We are seeking your advice about taking safety precautions concerning this cult. Our membership has expressed fear about Chris and Clare Godson, and the membership have been targetted by their aggressive advertising………………………………………”
Our advice: do not in any way antagonise the Godsons as they are highly dangerous. Ignore the Godson TP advertising material and politely reject high pressure follow-up calls if you receive them…………………..
there has been no shortage of former associates and colleagues clamouring to confirm long harboured suspicions about the Godson couple and their “perv” behaviour in Thailand, Cambodia, the USA, Ireland and the UK.
It seems a pity that they did not inform law enforcement at an earlier time in order to spare so many families from anxiety and pain!
Somehow we find this “dishing the dirt” on the Godsons pretty distasteful even though it comes from reliable sources with a knowledge of the Godsons stretching back over twenty years!
True we asked people to to contact kelleher.newsdesk@hotmail.co.uk with further information about this “foul and depraved couple” but we have been taken aback by the sordid antics of the Godsons with very vulnerable girls 11yo to 15yo. Cloaking themselves in false piety and pretending to good character they have used this cover to inflict terrible sexual cruelty and abuse over many years and continents.
Some of our contacts/correspondents have explained that they felt intimidated and fearful of the vengeful nature of Clare Godson, and this we quite understand, even so we wish people had made the effort to stop Chris and Clare Godson earlier in their evil career.

Jimmy Savile sex abuse claims made by former hospital patients
Court told of an altar, incense burning and sect members disrobing for sex
by Robin Turner, Western Mail
Mar 10 2011
THE evidence heard in the case of this bizarre “black magic” sex cult in the tranquil setting of Carmarthenshire’s seaside town of Kidwelly seemed like something from a horror novel.
The jury at Swansea Crown Court was told of ceremonies with women dressed in robes.
And the quasi-religious sect in which members had “swinging” lifestyles was said to have been influenced by the arch satanist and practitioner of black magic, the late Aleister Crowley.
Sections from his controversial works The Book of The Law, Equinox of the Gods and The Book of Magick were said to have been read out at shadowy sect ceremonies in members’ homes in the cul-de-sac of Clos yr Onnen.
At one, an altar was set out with a goblet of red wine, an incense burner and salted bread and sect members later disrobed, or in their words “became skyclad” and had sex.
Sadly, said Peter Murphy QC, prosecuting, children and vulnerable young adults would become prey to the lust of “evil and manipulative” Colin Batley, 48, whom he named as the sect’s “principal”.
Five complainants, whose identity is protected by law, came to the trial to describe how they were taken or lured to the homes at Clos yr Onnen and subjected to sex attacks, even on some occasions being forced to have sex while being filmed.
They were so terrified of Colin Batley they gave evidence via CCTV, some of the female complainants breaking down and sobbing as they recalled what happened.
They said others, who have not come forward, were also made to perform unspeakable acts.
Prosecutor Peter Murphy QC said that as the “controlling” leader of the cult, Batley took a 25% cut of any cash other members earned.
One co-defendant, Shelly Millar, 35, was said to have got through 3,000 clients in a two-year period while acting as a prostitute in massage parlours in Swansea and Bristol.
He highlighted Batley’s purchase of a £21,000 luxury caravan in February last year using a £3,210 cash deposit, despite having no obvious income.
Batley, who dismissed his role as a feared high priest of his own religion as “a load of rubbish”, claimed he made £10,000 a year breeding pedigree Rottweilers for sale and also bred Siamese cats.
And he claimed some of his money came from “gambling on the dogs and horses”.
Despite the horrendous crimes involved, the bizarre nature of the sect led to some lighter moments as barristers reflected on their clients’ dismissal of the sex cult allegations.
Barrister James Jenkins told the jury: “Just because they had an interest in Egypt it does not mean they went to Asda in chariots.”
And Kevin Riordan, for Colin Batley, said: “It is not my business to be disrespectful to a client.
“But judging by his overall intellectual abilities, his looks, his demeanour, is this a modern-day Rasputin?”
During the trial it emerged that following the defendants’ arrest last summer, a split took place between Colin and Elaine Batley.
While giving evidence during the trial, she accused her husband of laughing at her from the dock as she stood in the witness box.
She said: “I feel embarrassed to be married to him”.
And she added: “I’ve changed, you won’t get the better of me now.”
She told the court that while she and Jackie Marling had been involved in “threesomes” and she and Marling had a lesbian fling together, she only found out later that her husband and Marling had been having a long-term affair.
The discovery was made when Marling sent him a birthday card with the words “To my husband” on it.
Of her marriage, she said on one occasion he sent a photo of her to the Readers’ Wives section of a pornographic magazine and this led to them meeting “other couples for group activities”.

The Batley Cult is very much a simpler clone of the better organised and secretive Godson Cult now comfortably settled in Benevent l’Abbaye, France.
The Godson Cult is obsessed with teenage girls between 12yrs and 17yrs.
They continue, despite media attention, to go after young girls…….
Kidwelly cult: Peaceful town shattered by shadowy satanic sex cult.
The first anyone in Kidwelly heard of a satanic paedophile ring was when Colin Batley hit the headlines last month.
By Antony Stone
A HANDFUL of housing association homes in an overlooked cul-de-sac in sleepy Kidwelly is an unlikely location for a sex cult.
With its medieval castle, industrial museum and historic canal, the pretty seaside town tries hard to attract the tourist pound.
The first anyone heard of a satanic paedophile ring was when Colin Batley hit the headlines last month.
Despite having lived in the community for years, the cult’s inevitably low-key operation had gone completely unnoticed.
News of what had been going on under their noses for so long was greeted by many residents with disbelief, shock and unease.
Even today, few in the deeply conservative community were willing to do much more than express shock at revelations from the trial.
One man, from Priory Street, spoke of the anger at the way a group of “outsiders” from London had stained the town’s character.
“Nobody understands how so many of them could come down and all end up living in one place in the town,” he said.
“They must have planned it somehow. I don’t think Kidwelly is to blame for what has gone on. They kept a very low profile.”
He said he preferred not to give his name because he felt the cult would still be operating in the area.
Neighbours John and Marian Wheatland, both pensioners, said they were “horrified” they were living among a cult.
Mr Wheatland, 79, said: “It was a great shock to find out something like this — and it’s unbelievable it was allowed to happen.
“Most of the people living here are an absolute delight other than Batley and his crew. Batley I thought was a horrible man he once told me of a plan to breed Rottweilers next door to my house.
“When I heard that Batley was the leader of the cult I chuckled to myself — he’s never lifted a finger in his life. He would always be telling other people what to do and would dictate to them how to build stuff but he would never do anything himself.”
Geraint Thomas, Kidwelly Town Council clerk, predicted that the community would quickly rise above its problems.
“The first we knew about this matter was when it was publicised in the newspapers. It is fair to say that on reading about it we were shocked and dismayed.
“This unfortunate matter has put Kidwelly on the map for the wrong reasons as we are continuously endeavouring to promote the town of Kidwelly and its environment in a positive way.
“We view this matter as a one-off. Kidwelly is a safe and respectable place to live and visit for all ages. The community spirit within Kidwelly is such that we will rise above this awful incident.”
There are just so many sordid similarities to the Godson Cult!
The “sleepy” town is Benevent l’Abbaye and the victims are young girls and gullible families. Chris and Clare Godson sited their evil cult smack on an internationally famous pilgrim route!
Batley was said in court to have been active as a molester and rapist of children and young people for more than three decades.
Previously, a jury rejected claims by Batley and other defendants during the trial that no cult existed.
Elaine Batley, Jacqueline Marling and Shelley Millar Elaine Batley, Jacqueline Marling and Shelley Millar were all jailed
The cult, who all lived in the same cul-de-sac, took part in a catalogue of abuse against children and young adults.
Of course, the Godsons similarly deny the existence of their cult!
They say all the testimony and evidence against them is malicious!
The Godson cult in Benevent l’Abbaye is altogether a much more sophisticated operation! Chris and Clare Godson have made an excellent job of covering their tracks from continent to continent. They possess over 16 properties in Benevent l’Abbaye which accommodate recruits and converts to their pseudo-Christian cult. The results of their campaign to draw-in young girls always ends up with traumatised and damaged kids!
“He (Colin) was the boss. He barked orders at everybody including me. People just did what they were told. He had Rottweilers that were scared of him but vicious to everyone else. At 15 I had to have sex with Colin. He said it was an initiation into the occult. He said he did not want to do it but it had to be done. He said if I did not follow orders I would be killed. People ‘higher up’ in the cult would do it, he said.”
He owned two Rottweiler dogs, Toots (after Tutankhamen) and another named Sekhet after the Egyptian lion god.
The Godson Cult:
This is a cult where children are the property of the cult leader who brainwashes them!
This is a cult where children are forced to live on rationed food!
This is a cult that keeps its members imprisoned against their wills!
This is a cult where children are forced to work to enrich the cult leaders!
This is a cult where child prostitution is used to lure foreign degenerate “sex tourists!
Chris and Clare Godson:
The cult and cult-like ventures are wealthy and powerful, quick to take the offensive against any critic. Shrewd in the use of public relations and political lobbying techniques.
Often these abusive cults enjoy the support of many aspects of the establishment such as the courts, law enforcement agencies, conventional church groups, civil rights organizations, and others that are not mentioned.
This support is quite astonishing considering some of the improprieties or illegalities that have been exposed these past few years.
Just enter Benevent l’Abbaye today and a prominently positioned van dislays adverts for the Godson……… “Accueil Pelerin.”
The so-called “pilgrim dormitory” is highlighted by every innocent/gullible tourist website in the Limousin.
Satanic cult leader Colin Batley facing jail for child rapes:
A Satanic sex cult leader has been found guilty of a string of child rapes and sexual assaults across several decades.
Colin Batley told one girl an assassin would kill her if she refused an initiation ceremony which ended in sex. She was also taken to Satanic orgies and used by strangers.
‘I did it because I was told to by Colin,’ she sobbed as she gave evidence via videolink.
The 48-year-old self-styled high priest would begin the sordid rituals by reading from The Book Of The Law, written more than a century ago by occultist Aleister Crowley.
The readings were used as a form of brainwashing and Batley would then order hooded cult members to have sex, ensuring it was filmed.
Sometimes the victims were made to wear inverted crosses.
He was found guilty of 27 offences and was warned by the judge at Swansea crown court that he faced a ‘vast’ prison sentence.
The quasi-religious sex sessions took place in houses in the same cul-de-sac in Kidwelly, west Wales, after Batley moved there from London.
Wife Elaine Batley, 47, and fellow cult members Jacqueline Marling, 42, and Shelly Millar, 35, joined him in the seaside town. All three women were also found guilty of a range of sexual offences.
Batley was thought to have been tipped off about a police raid (the same occured when the Godson cult was raided in Ireland!) but his obsession with Satanism was well-documented.
He bred rottweilers from his home to earn money but kept two for personal safety.
Batley also bred cats, which were given occult names, before his arrest in summer last year.

A non-senior cult insider believes the Benevent l’Abbaye group/faction have buried the cache of semi-automatics they brought by ordinary ferry from Ireland in 2004. This burial was done comparitively recently because the leadership fears a police/gendarmerie raid following all the media interest! Using their in-house digger they have buried the arms on their land close to Benevent l’Abbaye with the intention of making themselves appear “normal” and squeaky clean. A great pile of weapons, of course, tends to suggest that they are quite mad and the leadership is sane enough to know that this is not a good idea in the present climate…….
We thank our contact(s) for this information and hope that it does not endanger their planned return to the UK this 2011.

Five Wales Satanists guilty of extreme ritual abuse and rape of children, survivor tells of childhood horrors
Wales Online – March 9, 2011
Five found guilty in sex cult trial
By Robin Turner, WalesOnline
L-R: Colin Batley, Jackie Marling, Elaine Batley and Shelly Millar
The jury in the trial of five people accused of using a black magic influenced cult to sexually abuse children and young adults in Carmarthenshire has found five defendents guilty of 39 serious sex offences.
At Swansea Crown Court, alleged cult leader Colin Batley, 48, was found guilty of 27 offences – including rape, buggery, indecency wih children and causing prostitution.
His wife, Elaine Batley, 47, was convicted of 5 offences, incuding indececy with a child and indecent assault.
Shelly Millar, 35, was convicted of two counts of indecency with children.
Jackie Marling, Batley’s lover, was convicted of five offences – including aiding and abeiting rape and indecency with a child.
Peter Murphy QC, prosecuting, has alleged the four established their own religion – which preached free sex and was influenced by notorious English occultist Aleister Crowley.
The prosecution case is that the sex was established in members’ homes in the tranquil Cararthenshire town of Kidwelly and children and young adults brought there were abused.
Below: The house where the sex ring was believed to have operated from
But alleged cult member Sandra Iveson, 45, was cleared of a single charge of indecency with a child.
Vincent Barden, 70, of Kempston, Bedfordshire, who was not a cult member, was also cleared of a single charge of rape.
Batley was jointly charged with Barden in connection with the rape and was also cleared of it.
But Barden had already admitted two counts of sexual assault on an under-age girl.
Both he, Batley and the other cult members will all be sentenced at Swansea Crown Court on Friday.
The jury today delivered guilty verdicts for almost every offence that the group faced.
In Batley’s case it included 11 separate rapes, three indecent assaults, causing prostitution for personal gain, causing a child to have sex and inciting a child to have sex.
The jury also found him guilty of six counts of buggery and four counts of possessing indecent images of a child.
Judge Paul Thomas warned the group they all faced “lengthy jail terms”.
As the convicted women were led away to the court’s custody unit an argument erupted with several of them shouting and shrieking at one another.
The jury’s verdict regarding all offences was reached today after four full days of deliberations and two half days.
During the trial, Batley was accused of using the cult as an excuse for its sexual depravity.
The jury heard that he first moved to Kidwelly from London and was followed successively by Marling and Millar and their partners, neither of whom figured in the trial.
Cult members would dress in hooded robes during occult rituals which usually took place before group sex.
A number of houses in the same cul-de-sac were used for the regular cult sex sessions.
Batley would read from the occult bible, The Book Of The Law, written more than a century ago by arch-Satanist Aleister Crowley.
He would also order cult members to have sex together and ensure that other members were present to film it.
The recorded material mentioned during the trial is believed to have been destroyed before his arrest.
Batley was apparently tipped off by friends in London about the impending raid on his home two days before his arrest.
But the evidence against him and other cult proved overwhelming during the trial.
Marling was found guilty of aiding and abetting rape, causing prostitution for gain, and inciting a child to engage in sex.
She was also convicted of three separate counts of indecency with a child.
By the time of his arrest Batley and his wife had separated and Marling had moved in with him.
Elaine Batley was today found guilty of three counts of indecency with a child and one of sexual activity with a child.
Shelly Millar was found guilty of indecency with a child and inciting a child to engage in sex.
Batley was said to have used the cult as a form of brainwashing to justify abuse to his victims.
One schoolboy, now an adult, told the trial Batley had repeatedly abused him as a child when he had access to him.
A schoolgirl, also now an adult, said she was forced into joining the cult through fear for her life.
Batley told her a cult assassin would kill her if she did not take part in an elaborate initiation ceremony.
It started with a 10 minute lecture on the occult by him but concluded with sex.
The schoolgirl was later ordered to Batley’s home on regular occasions when she would have to give him sex.
She was also taken to Satanic sex parties where she would be passed round to have sex with strangers.
“I did it because I was told to by Colin,” she sobbed while giving evidence against Batley via videolink during the trial.
The perverted events described in court took place over several decades in both Kidwelly and addresses in London.
Batley was arrested at his home in Kidwelly last summer where the cult itself was created and flourished under the unsuspecting noses of locals.
As the leader of the cult, Batley’s dedication to Satanist material and Egyptian icons was well documented.
He bred rottweiler dogs from his home for cash, but kept two for personal safety which were named after ancient Egyptian royalty. He also bred cats which were given occult names.
Several of his victims were made to wear upside down crosses, and every home appears to have had at least one laminated copy of The Book of the Law.
Batley and the other convicted cult members will be sentenced at Swansea Crown Court on Friday.

Kelleher Newsdesk, to the detriment of its other journalistic commitments, has followed the activities of Chris and Clare Godson since 2000.
We first became aware of traumatized and abused girls in Ireland. We subsequently discovered a continent to continent trail of shocking cruelty and sexual depravity. We found pensioners with emptied bank accounts that had trusted Chris Godson. We found pensioners who had been taken to ATM machines and pressured into releasing funds for highly dubious work and “Christian” activities. We found people who had been subjected to HATE campaigns of poison pen letters by Clare Godson.
We found daughters torn from their parents by the threats/grooming of Clare Godson. We found former cult members who had been subjected to blackmail by Clare Godson. The sick trail now leads to Benevent l’Abbaye where these two people pretend a squeaky clean life of “Christian” goodness………..while hotly chasing 13yo girls. We can only WARN people to be on their guard when dealing with these charlatans.
If you are a survivor of the terrible abuse committed by Chris and Clare Godson ( USA, Ireland, Thailand etc.) and would like to share your own story, whatever form your ordeal took, you can do so (under a pen name if you wish). Simply email us at:kelleher.newsdesk@hotmail.co.uk and either include your account in the text or attach it as a Word or Pages document or you could arrange to give us access and publish it privately as a Google document.
Olivia Kelleher.
The “activities” of Chris and Clare Godson include: deception; blackmail; extortion; prostitution; child molestation…….
Kelleher Newsdesk is working tirelessly to halt this cult. We are putting as many WARNINGS about Chris and Clare Godson on the internet as possible.
If we save just a few people the job has been worthwhile!
Many cult leaders demonstrate mental illness.
This is particularly evident in Clare Godson. Our experts suggest that she suffers with bi polar or schizophrenia and is unable to discern reality from lies.
When lies are “religious” it becomes especially difficult to dis-entangle the mental state of leader and the victim.
It is also difficult for the authorities to intervene on behalf of victims even when everyone outside the cult understands that mental, sexual and physical abuse is being carried out by unscrupulous leaders (Clare Godson).
To further complicate this matter many cult leaders suffer from other forms of mental illness surrounding narcissism, which means that they are self deluded and cannot be reasoned with. Essentially they believe their own set of lies.
In France the Godsons have been working very hard to project a wholesome image!
They have pushed to increase their income and recruit a range of members to their depraved group. The Godsons have advertised on every possible ex-pat website and shamelessly quoted their so-called missionary past! Admittedly they are now down-playing their pseudo-Christian period……because publicity since the police raids has been very negative.
This couple of charlatans have strenuously denied wrong-doing in the USA and Ireland despite a vast testimony from victims.
Cult leaders of the Godson type have an innate ability to attract followers who have the skills and connexions that the leaders lack…..in particular they go after political connexions in the hope of protection when their sick “activities” are exposed.
Frequently, when illegal or immoral activities are brought to the public attention, as in this case, the cult leader will relocate, sometimes taking followers with him. BUT NOW THE IRISH VICTIMS HAVE CAUGHT UP WITH THEM!
He wll keep a low profile, only to resurface later with a new name, a new front group, and perhaps a new twist on the scam.
The Godson Cult is a SCAM which very often involves the sexual exploitation of underage girls. The Kidwelly Cult of Colin Batley is a pale shadow of the slick and perverted operation run by Chris and Clare Godson.
The Satanists of Ash Tree Close:
‘Evil’ paedophile found guilty of running sex cult from cul-de-sac in seaside village!
By REBECCA EVANS and PAUL BRACCHI
Colin Batley, 48, convicted of series of perverted sexual acts on children and adults!
NB. This cult is very siumilar to the cult operated by Chris and Clare Godson in Benevent l’Abbaye, France.
Guilty: Colin Batley arriving at Swansea Crown Court where he was convicted of a series of sexual offences!
The leader of a Satanic sex cult is facing a lengthy jail sentence after being found guilty of multiple counts of rape and child abuse.
Colin Batley, 48, exercised absolute control over his sect in a seaside cul-de-sac – abusing and exploiting helpless children as ‘sex toys’ for more than a decade.
He was found guilty yesterday of 35 sex offences against children and young adults. Yet social services were alerted to Batley’s child abuse in 2002 – and took no action.
As a consequence, the former Tesco security guard was allowed to continue ‘preying on the young and vulnerable’ for a further eight years – with the full support of wife Elaine.
At their semi in Kidwelly, South Wales, he would dress in hooded robes, chant before an altar and then orchestrate or participate in group sex with his female followers, including Jacqueline Marling and Shelly Millar.
One helpless girl was ‘initiated’ when she was just 11 and threatened with death by ‘cult assassins’ if she did not comply. At least two of his young victims gave birth as a result of the ‘systematic and prolonged abuse’.
At Swansea Crown Court, Marling, 42, and Elaine Batley, 47, were found guilty of five counts including sexual activity and indecency towards children.
Millar, 35, was found guilty of two similar charges. Another woman, Sandra Iveson, was found not guilty of gross indecency.
Those found guilty will face ‘substantial’ jail terms.
Colin Batley’s home was a typical semi in a typical cul-de-sac. But to the stream of visitors who trooped through the front door – especially on Sunday nights – it was the Temple. NB. Close observation of the Godson “pilgrim dormitory” in Benevent l’Abbaye reveals similar activities and a stream of sad degenerates searching for teenage girls…………..
In the lounge, a white cloth would be draped over a table to form an altar with candles and burning incense; nearby were tanks full of snakes and Satanic symbols. Those present would put on hooded robes and wear upside-down crucifixes.
There would be chanting, which would always end in group sex.
Children, boys and girls as young as 11, were also ‘initiated’ – repeatedly sexually abused in other words – during ‘Black Masses’ at Batley’s home. There were at least five victims that we know of, but police believe there could have been many more.
Yet these vile activities did not disturb the neighbours. Why? Because they were involved too. They lived in houses next to or opposite each other on the outskirts of Kidwelly (population 3,000) near Carmarthen.
For more than a decade Clos Yr Onnen, Welsh for Ash Tree Close, was possibly the most depraved street in Britain.
NB. The Godson Cult has upwards of 10 properties in Benevent l’Abbaye, all occupied by cult recruits or used as “pilgrim” gites. Many of the properties have dungeon-like cellars!
The proof was there, in black and white, on the charge sheet at Swansea Crown Court where Batley, his bisexual wife Elaine and their accomplices stood trial for a sickening catalogue of crimes.
The most depraved street in Britain? Ash Tree Close in Kedwelly, South Wales!
Prostitute: Shelly Millar was a prominent part of the cult leadership and her role in the procurement of young girls was similar to that of Clare Godson. We have evidence that Clare Godson intimidated underage girls into prostitution in the USA and Ireland.
All of these terrible crimes were perpetrated by culprits living in the same road; perhaps the single most shocking fact of all and Benevent is the scene of similar depravity.
This disturbing story begins not in Wales, however, but more than 200 miles away in East London. Batley, from Shoreditch, had a string of jobs including work as a Tesco security guard and on a fruit-and-vegetable stall.
He also bred rottweiler dogs and Siamese cats. His outwardly mundane existence, we now know, masked a sinister private life.
He and his wife had been dabbling with the occult ever since they were married 30 years ago and were obsessed with Aleister Crowley, the most notorious Satanist of the 20th century, the self-styled ‘Great Beast’.
One of Crowley’s publications, the Book of the Law, includes the passage: ‘Let all chaste women be despised. Sex with anyone is not just permissible but to be encouraged.’ And this: ‘Some of the most passionate and permanent attachments have begun with rape. Rome was founded thereon.’
Apart from anything else, the Book of the Law provided justification for the couple’s own ‘open marriage’.
Batley had sent a photo of his wife to the Readers’ Wives section of a pornographic magazine and this had led to them meeting ‘others for group activities’, the jury was told.
They included former dental nurse Jacqueline Marling and prostitute Shelly Millar, who both joined Batley’s occult ‘circle’.
They were given matching tattoos and addressed Batley as ‘My lord’ (police found him listed under this name on Millar’s mobile phone).
Such was Batley’s control over his wretched ‘coven’ that they had to pay him 25 per cent of their income.
Every time Millar entertained a client, she would send Batley a text message to tell him how much she had been paid. She had sex with more than 3,000 clients over a two-year period, making about £2,000 a month, a quarter of which went to him. It explained how Batley, officially unemployed, could afford a £45,000 caravan and frequent holidays abroad.
Batley would later claim that he moved to Wales for health reasons – to escape the smog. A claim rather undermined by the fact that his coven also relocated to the principality. Police believe there was another reason for the exodus; they suspect that other members of the cult – who have not been identified – were based in Wales.
Former dental nurse Jacqueline Marling joined Batley’s occult ‘circle’. Right, Batley’s bisexual wife, Elaine
The first East Londoner to arrive in Kidwelly was twice-married mother of four Sandra Iveson in 1995.
The following year, the Batleys moved in. Two years later, Marling became their next-door neighbour and Millar, 35, an unmarried mother of two who was brought up a Catholic, completed the set.
Did other residents have any inkling of the kind of people that were now living among them? Well, with hindsight, there were a few small clues.
John Wheatland and his wife Marion, both in their seventies, couldn’t help but notice how Colin Batley was ‘over at Shelly’s all the time’.
On another occasion, the Wheatlands encountered Millar and another woman kissing and touching each other in the supermarket. Yet they could not have imagined the extent of what was really going on behind the closed curtains of the so-called Temple. During occult gatherings it became the set of a horror movie.
Batley, in a hooded robe, would read out extracts from the Book of the Law, which had been typed out and laminated by his wife. Hanging above him on the wall was a gold ceremonial dagger and sitting menacingly nearby were his two rottweilers, Tutankhamun and Sekhet.
One young victim told how Batley introduced her to the cult by raping her when she was 11, telling her that having sex with him was a ‘test’ and if she did not pass she would go to ‘the Abyss’. The victim, now in her twenties, told the court: ‘I did not want him to do what he was doing, but I did not have a choice because what Colin said happened. What Colin said went.’
The abuse continued for years. As a teenager she became pregnant by Batley, who prevented her from having an abortion saying that babies belonged to the cult and not to their mothers.
Another victim, now in her thirties, said she was forced to have sex with Batley when she was 15. She was also ordered to perform sex acts on his wife and other men and women. ‘I was told I’d be killed if I didn’t become part of the cult,’ she said. ‘Colin Batley had a gun and brought it to meetings. I was so scared I just did what I was told. I was in the living room at his home and he told me there would be an initiation. I was called upstairs. Elaine was there. He would just snap his fingers and say, “Strip”.’
She said that on one occasion when she was 16, she was made to have sex with a boy of 15 – as Marling filmed them.
The girl was told she would be murdered by ‘cult assassins’ if she did not give in to Batley’s demands. Through a video link, she sobbed as she told how she was taken to other addresses by Batley where she had sex with other men. ‘I did it because I was told to by Colin.’ Another woman victim said she was recruited into the cult and became pregnant after becoming a ‘sexual plaything’ for the group. Batley ordered her not to abort her ‘occult child’.
One male victim said that, as a teenager, he was tricked into having sex with Batley’s wife.
The witness recalled how Batley promised to set him up with a girl and directed him to a dark bedroom. Once inside, he got into bed and then realised that the other person lying beside him was Elaine Batley.
One of the charges against Shelly Millar was that she seduced a boy of 15. Millar claimed he was 16, and that she was teaching him how to have sex as he had a new girlfriend ‘he wanted to impress’. She had sex with him twice in Batley’s caravan in Tenby. Batley, it emerged during the trial, had been reported to Carmarthenshire Social Services in 2002 by a concerned relative. She said Batley had been abused by his own father and that ‘history was about to repeat itself’.
The warning went unheeded, allowing Batley and his cult to prey on youngsters week after week, month after month for another eight years.
The Batleys had four children, one of whom, Damian, died of strangulation three years ago when a bizarre sex game went wrong. He was found hanging from his bedroom door at the family home and had been filming himself.
Finally, last year, one of Batley’s victims went to the police. It was one of the girls he had impregnated as a teenager. She said she feared he might target her own child.
Batley was tipped off about the police inquiry and, by the time he was arrested, had destroyed potential evidence. But officers found home-made films of two of his victims on his camcorder. Interviewed 11 times by detectives, he steadfastly maintained his innocence.
The jury did not believe him. They saw him for what he was – ‘an evil and manipulative sexual predator’ who had used the cult and ‘black magic’ as a cover for his own perverted ends.
Back in Kidwelly, there was relief at the verdicts. ‘I’m just glad they’ve all finally gone,’ said John Wheatland.
He spoke for everyone in Ash Tree Close.
Sex cult was inspired by ‘the Great Beas!’
The cult’s inspiration, Aleister ‘the Great Beast’ Crowley, believed himself to be a prophet of a new age of personal liberty.
He was a bisexual heroin addict whose doctrine for life was ‘Do What Thou Wilt’, advocating sexual promiscuity and prostitution.
Crowley was a frequenter of orgies and brothels, and contracted gonorrhea from a prostitute.
Born into a wealthy family in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, he gained such notoriety during his lifetime that he was denounced in the press as ‘the wickedest man in the world’.
Crowley’s work has been cited as an influence by famous figures including Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, who bought Crowley’s former home and set up an occult bookshop and publishing house which published some of his work.
Page once said: ‘I feel Aleister Crowley is a misunderstood genius of the 20th century because his whole thing was liberation of the person.’
Aleister Crowley abandoned his wife and daughter for life in his cult, and Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, was said to be influenced by his ideas!

Mr Haworth has worked as a full-time specialist, consultant and expert witness in cultism since 1979, informed by his own experience as a former member of a cult.
He told BBC Wales that cult leaders often used techniques such as food and sleep deprivation to break people down.
This could happen in a matter of three of four days, he explained.
“It seems to work best on people with very healthy minds,” he said.
“A lot of people imagine that people that get involved in cults must be troubled or warped in some particular way to start with, and that’s rarely the case.”
Mr Haworth said between 500 and 1,000 cults were operating throughout the UK.

Satanic cult boss convinced me he could make tsunamis happen!
By JENNA SLOAN
Published: 31 Mar 2011
HOLDING her daughter tightly, Gemma Marling whispers “I love you” to three-year-old Emily.
It is something she tells the little girl several times each day.
For Gemma, 21, knows from bitter experience how important a mother’s unconditional love and support is.
Earlier this month she gave evidence in court which resulted in her own mother, 42-year-old Jacqueline Marling, being jailed for 12 years for a series of sickening sex attacks on her own daughter and other children.
Gemma’s evidence also helped to jail Jacqueline’s depraved lover, Colin Batley – a Satanic cult leader.
And one day she will have to break the horrifying news to Emily that Batley is her father.
Gemma said: “Now the trial is over the reality has hit me. I know I’m never going to have a mum.
“People take their parents for granted but I’d do anything to have a mum and dad.”
Gemma’s ordeal started at the age of eight when Jacqueline moved the family from their home in east London to Kidwelly, a town in Carmarthenshire, West Wales.
They settled into a nondescript semi in Clos Yr Onnen – Welsh for Ash Tree Close – but behind the house’s bland exterior was a Satanic nightmare orchestrated by depraved Colin Batley, who lived next door.
Gemma said: “My mum knew Colin in London but I didn’t meet him until we moved to Wales. One night I was in bed and my mum got me up and took me downstairs.
“Colin was sitting in the living room. There was a candle flickering and I couldn’t see him properly. It was like a horror movie.”
Jacqueline then performed a sex act on Batley in front of her terrified daughter. Gemma recalls: “Colin said to me, ‘One day you’ll start your periods and I’ll have you.’
“After that I was terrified, but Colin didn’t touch me again for three years, although he was constantly in and out of our house. My mum did what he said and so did we – you follow what your mum does. She’s meant to look after you.”
Batley was an ardent disciple of occult and Satanist writer Aleister Crowley, and styled himself a cult “lord”. He built up a harem of adoring female followers who lived in the close.
They included his bisexual wife Elaine, who was jailed for eight years for her part in the abuse, Jacqueline, and prostitute Shelly Millar, who was sentenced to five years.
All were tattooed with Egyptian symbols and followed Batley’s warped theories promoting rape and promiscuity.
When Gemma was 11 Batley initiated her into the cult.
She said: “Colin raped me for the first time. It was a sunny summer day and I’d come inside to escape the heat when he forced himself on me.
“He then visited every night for the next eight weeks, as he was decorating our house.
“He said the sex was a test. If I passed, I’d go to the palace where he lived.
“I feel a mug now for believing it but what else would I know?
“If I didn’t do it I was told I’d go to hell, where I’d suffer a lifetime of pain with no sleep or respite.
“I was too scared to tell anyone what was going on. I didn’t know it was happening to anyone else. I thought I was on my own.”
When Gemma turned 14 her mother began to join in the sex abuse, and when she was 16 Jacqueline even filmed her having sex with a boy of 15.
Batley ruled the cult with his encyclopaedic knowledge of The Book Of The Law, a text written by his hero Crowley, and used twisted logic to keep control.
Gemma recalled: “Colin said he made the Boxing Day tsunami in 2004 happen. He said he’d done it because we had broken so many rules and the gods were angry.
“On the day he was sentenced, the earthquake and tsunami in Japan happened, and I instantly thought Colin had done it. I know now that’s not possible but he was very good at placing things and convincing you that you’d caused a disaster. I was totally brainwashed.”
At 17 Gemma became pregnant with Batley’s baby. She said: “When I found out it was the first time I’d cried in six years. I didn’t want a baby – I couldn’t bring a child into that kind of hell.”
But the cult leader forced her to keep the child, saying the baby belonged to the gods. Gemma explained: “I said I wanted an abortion but I was called a murderer. When I was pregnant I attempted suicide twice.
“I cut myself and took an overdose. I just didn’t want to be there. Colin found out and said the gods had saved me.”
Gemma was 18 when she gave birth in February 2008. She recalled: “After I had Emily I felt like I had something worth living for. She gave me my life back.”
But when Emily was three months old Batley forced Gemma to work as a prostitute in a Bristol brothel for four days a week. At this point she could take no more.
She and another cult member who also wanted to leave contacted relatives on Facebook using the internet in a public library.
Gemma said: “I made sure I had my passport and our birth certificates, and we were picked up at 2.30am on May 22, 2009. I left with a baby and a suitcase full of nappies and clothes, and I haven’t been back or contacted them since. I hadn’t seen or spoken to them until I saw them in court.”
After escaping, Gemma traced relatives in Essex, who she has now moved in with. With their support she reported Batley to the police and the cult members were arrested.
Gemma gave her evidence to the court via videolink, and earlier this month 48-year-old Batley was jailed for life with a minimum of 11 years at Swansea Crown Court on 11 charges of rape, six serious sexual assaults, three indecent assaults and causing a child to have sex.
Judge Paul Thomas said Batley had created a “sick little kingdom” and was a “danger to children”.
Gemma’s mother Jacqueline was convicted of aiding and abetting rape, causing prostitution, indecency with a child and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Gemma said: “The last time I saw her was at the sentencing.
“She snarled, ‘What are you doing here?’ and I broke down. As I’m a mum myself it makes what she did seem even more awful.
“Now my focus is on Emily, I want to give her everything I didn’t have and I want her to be happy.”
The above article provides a further insight into the mechanics and mind-set of a cult that bears striking similarity to the sick cult now operated by Chris and Clare Godson in Benevent l’Abbaye, Central France.
